KEN LITMAN, ESQ. follows his father's footsteps working in his family's Law Firm as a teenager and a young adult. Ken earned a Business Management degree from Arizona State University and a Law degree from Touro Law School. By having both business and law degrees provides a wealth of knowledge, not only of the law but how to understand the business of law in helping protect the rights of seriously injured victims. He starts every day by fighting for fair and just compensation for each of his injured clients. Seeing every client of his find the path to recovery is important to him.

EUGENE LITMAN, ESQ. (1934-2018), a graduate of NYU and Brooklyn Law School. He has successfully concluded over 25,000 personal injury negligence cases collecting over 100 million dollars on behalf of accident victims in his 58 years of legal career. Eugene was very proud that his hard work made it safer for New Yorkers. He has done this by bringing big businesses, companies, and municipalities to justice by forcing them to correct and fix defective products and conditions.
